Vertical Runner offers several training runs to familiarize you will the course. Be sure to check out these great group runs. Over the period of these runs we will cover the entire course.

06-05-11 - BT50K Training Run #1 - 7am Oak Grove: 14 Miles
06-12-11 - BT50K Training Run #2 - 7am Boston Store: 11 Miles (option to go longer too!)
06-19-11 - BT50K Training Run #3 - 6:30 am at Pine Lane or 7:00 am at Oak Grove: 15.6 Miles (Point to Point with Carpool!)
06-25-11 - BT50K Bonus Training Run!!! 7am Lock 29: 2 Hour Hill Run with VR!
07-03-11 - BT50K Training Run #4 - 7am Oak Grove: 23 Miles

Race Volunteer Requirements:

Before a runner may participate in 2011 BT50K, he or she must have completed 3 hours of volunteer service at the 2010 BT50K or in support of another event, local park, and/or trail system. This service must be completed in the 12 months preceding the race. Click here to download PDF
